Members overwhelmingly confirmed experiencing muscle twitches and spasms throughout their bodies, especially in the legs and feet, with many noting that episodes worsen at night, during fatigue, or after unusual activity. Several members found relief through magnesium supplements (oral or absorbed via Epsom salt baths), muscle relaxers like Flexeril, tonic water for its quinine content, and even a teaspoon of mustard for cramps, though some emphasized that no remedy works consistently for everyone. A recurring theme was that staying active and moving regularly, despite the discomfort, seemed to reduce symptoms over time, and many members leaned on faith, humor, and community support to cope with these unpredictable and sometimes frightening experiences.

I twitch alot. Sometimes when I've used muscle I don't use often. Also for no apparent reason. I kinda jerk.. An arm... Leg... Tummy... I believe tramadol can cause this.. Anti depressants certainly do often.

I also get lots of twitches & spasms! Hot Epsom salt baths help! The Magnesium is absorbed thru your skin.

I have them too! Every where! Especially my feet. I am on a strong muscle relaxer for it. Doesn't always help tho.
