I shouldn't and don't drink really. But special occasions I do llike a glass of red wine. Perhaps an ale.
However I know before it touches my lips that it means the next day I will have a very achy Crampy body. So I really do avoid a drink.
Does anyone else react like this?

Absolutely! I used to drink wine daily, but now I hardly touch the stuff. It just exasperates the pain even more. Headaches, and regret the next day.
I can't drink at all, the next week I can't move. The same thing goes for diet sodas or anything with artificial sweeteners.
I used to drink beer but if I have one I get the worst flare in just a few hours. I have found I can have one mixed drink with no problems maybe once a month.
I don't know if this is what you are referring to but even just 1 sip of alcohol burnsky body. I can feel myself swallow the alcohol all the way down into my stomach. About 1 min later, my whole body has a burning pain and my arm muscles and leg muscles ache badly. I also start to get really tired and weak feeling.... Only after 1 sip. So I don't drink at all. Lol
i haven't had a drink since 2007. and you know what happened after I quit drinking? They started coming out with all these caramel, whipped cream, watermelon etc flavors. I'm crying in my blankies cuz I am a sucker for sweets!
