I use a spectrum of mobility devices depending on how I am that day. It can range from a cane, to forearm crutches, to a rollator, to a wheelchair. It is good to give yourself options so that even on a bad day I can get out and move around somehow

many people I know they do not quite understand what pain I do have. My sister is 63 years old and in perfect health I am happy for her I would not want her to go through the pain I go through. She feels for me and will do anything for me, but she does not have this pain.
