I'm obviously kidding but-
There's just more than new feature we could actually fill out.
But I'd like to submit a thing or 2. Even if it includes they send us our fav comfort food 1x a month- cuz milkshakes are happiness and I will battle via canes pretending to be light sabers to anyone who disagrees
So let me know!
Peter Straub for authors. He wrote, together with Stephen King, the Talisman I prefer his earlier works.
Hit me up with your fav movies. I'm mostly couch/bed bound and could use something to watch. I like just about everything except right now I don't think I can do foreign films I have to read nor ones I have to pay super close attention. Fibro fog , pain etc makes it kinda hard to watch something that requires me on edge of my seat following hard plot lines
Love just about everything else. Including rom coms , horror and probably an endless list of 80s /90s movies cuz that's the decades I grew⦠read more
Love all those, except maybe Death Proof- rattled my nervous system too hard.
Hurting for years, had surgery two days ago! A lot of pain that is high!!!
Hey Lisa-
How are you today?
I'm hoping even the tiniest bit better.

Tests are oh so fun, right? Lol
Sorry you had to to go thru that.
Most tests don't show much often. Fibromyalgia is more an illness that's a "catch-all" to say we tested you for everything and you⦠read more
I'm so sorry, I feel the same way. My legs have always been my biggest problem area with fibro. If the pain is muscular (like mine usually is) then topical magnesium can be really helpful, since it⦠read more

I have couple articles explaining decent stretches and/or very light yoga-ish type things but I think I'd maybe do it more if I had a video or something to go along with it

Chair yoga and tai chi are good, gentle options that do helpπ
Does anyone have any favs to recommend. I like stand up comedians and sometimes watch when I'm laid up couch/bed bound. That is when I'm not super depressed and cursing the universe-
and now I hear a bee...its 4am T_T
Some ppl seem to have teams of like 8 ppl, others thousands.
I'm going to assume it's not so we go toe to toe in symptoms battles. π
I can see when ppl message each other and/or post/ ask a Q under "All activity". So,
It doesn't appear to be typical "friends list" like other social media-etc. Although, this whole site doesn't seem to work like most current social media, more like circa message boards back from when AOL was giving out free internet trial discsπ€

I struggle with morning stiffness so bad that before fibro I could only describe waking up in the morning as being so tired it hurts, but it literally does hurt! Morning stiffness plus sleeping problems makes waking up and getting out of bed the hardest part of the day.
π I hope it helps dear.
No guarantees π
Love,
