My fibro pain has been excruciating for months, a lot of burning pins and needles. I have been very nauseous and dizzy. And I've gone from insomnia to sleeping all the time. I get tired all of a sudden, I lie down and am out for hours. In the morning, it's like I can't get my eyes open, I am so groggy. It's been really hard to deal with because I have absolutely no energy. Does anyone have any idea what I can do to help myself?

Yes, I am dealing with that right now. I also have tendonitis in both elbows and neck pain. I wasn't sure if the upper arm pain was fibro or radiating from elbows or neck.
Walking aids, pain meds, cooling gels or heat rubs, tiredness?
I think if I could bathe in tiger balm ointment, I would lol

I've had 8 chest infections & 2 kidney infections in 12 months!
No. I haven't been sick in years, even through COVID. I do wash my hands and mask when around sick people or just a lot of people.

It's common after covid, so not necessarily caused by fibromyalgia.
We don't get REM sleep with Fibromyalgia and I also have untreated sleep apnea.

i deal w/ Fibromyalgia and scoliosis w/ depression which is under control w/ medications.
Usually, most doses for recreational use are 5 to 10mg of THC which is low; however, as THC can cause anxiety and paranoia in some people it would be best to check with your Doctor.
Have problem walking distances some days , also need anxiety drug , my 20 yr GP turned me down for Valium as I was close to panic attack , also turned me down for handicapp plaque, need someone more understanding to what they can not see !
I have a talented older neurologist that treats my fibro and other health issues. Maybe you could find a neurologist who treats a variety of illnesses. Hugs & prayers.
