Pretty much, Everyday I get alot of headaches also most of the time it feels like I have a cold. The weirdest pain I get is in my foot at the back where I'd get blisters from walking. That's exactly how it feels like a blister is there and it's starting to heal. Yet nothing is there.
Everyday is a different feeling.
I've learnt to accept its going to be like this. The fatigue is annoying more so than the pain πŸŒΈπŸŒΌπŸ‚πŸ

@A MyFibroTeam Member yep! Cool isn't it. I keep my goal and thought pattern on the fact we are not given anything we canot cope with. So if the universe feels I am strong enough then I must be πŸ‚πŸπŸŒ·πŸŒΈ

Widespread pain is one of the hallmark symptoms of fibromyalgia β€” so yes, hurting all over is something many people with fibromyalgia experience, and you are definitely not alone in feeling this way.

Many MyFibroTeam members describe it as a "headache all over the body," which honestly sums it up pretty well. It's also worth knowing that research has shown there are real, measurable changes happening in the brains of people with fibromyalgia β€” including widespread inflammation. This is important because fibromyalgia pain is sometimes dismissed as "imaginary," but science confirms it is very real.

Common widespread pain symptoms can include:

- Aching muscles and joints
- Morning stiffness
- Tenderness at specific points on the body
- Numbness and tingling in arms, feet, and legs

If the pain feels overwhelming, it's worth talking to your doctor about a pain management plan tailored to fibromyalgia. There are options out there, and finding what works for you can take some trial and error β€” but relief is possible.
