The chiropractor and Acupunture helps a lot, but I'm. No longer living close enough to one or able to afford it.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, Hi I’ve never heard of that before. My daughter is a Functional Med Nutritionist and I take magnesium, Q10 is recommended as well. Taking any supplements should be run by a Dietitian, Nutrionist, or PCP. Just know MD’s get less than 20 hours in supplements & nutrition. That’s why I do recommend reaching out to Dietitians, Nutrionists, even your Acupuncturist get more training in supplements.💞❤️‍🩹

I have not, but my primary care doctor/gp recommended: riboflavin, magnesium, and coq10 daily. I think Migraclear might also contain herbs like feverfew and butterbur? If so, I'd want a doctor to sign off on those being safe for me personally to take daily.
