Hi, i dont have this symptom but aware of it.
Magnesium is crucial natural tool for myoclonus. It helps block excessive calcium signals that cause muscles to over-contract or twitch rhythmically. Taking a highly absorbable form like Magnesium Glycinate before bed can calm nighttime muscle jerks and support better sleep quality.
Stress and physical fatigue are known triggers of myoclonus you could also try ashwagandha which helps by lowering cortisol and calming your nervous system's "fight-or-flight" response.
Good luck.

I don't have that symptom at this time, knock on wood, but I read that certain medications could cause it so look at what prescriptions you are taking and see if that's a side effect.
