The sudden, involuntary jerking of your body is called myoclonus, I have this all the time, does anyone else have this symptom?

Me too.sometimes it’s a whole body jerk!

I don't have that symptom at this time, knock on wood, but I read that certain medications could cause it so look at what prescriptions you are taking and see if that's a side effect.
