From a Member's Profile Page:
- Visit their profile and tap or click the "Add to Team" button — it's shown on every profile page

From the "Meet Others" section (mobile):
- Tap "Meet Others" in the navigation bar
- Find a member and tap the button with a person icon and a plus sign Once added, team members will appear alphabetically on your team page. You can then follow their updates by selecting "My Team Activity" from the menu, or by filtering the activity feed by "Team."

There's no right or wrong way to build your team — some people connect with those nearby, others with members who share similar symptoms or treatments. It's all about what feels right for you! 😊
