I also posted this in Food and Recipes group. I think I should keep track. I have before and then I fall off the wagon.

I forgot to provide this info when you asked before. I use the free version of the myfitnesspal app. It measures calories and nutrients. I've been using it for a couple of years and it holds me accountable I can easily refer to it to see where I can improve. There are other features like exercise, water intake, recipes and community. The best version is naturally the paid version but the free version works wonderfully.

Yes I use Nutracheck. It makes me aware of how much protein, fat, sat fat and sugar I'm eating plus calories for each meal and snacks. I feel encouraged to eat more healthily without punishing or pushing myself. I can also carry over foods. It also has an entry for exercise including steps. X🌷

I had been keeping track on chronometer when I was anemic. It helped me make sure I was getting enough iron after I'd had infusions. Recently, I've been trying to keep track again just in general to make sure I'm eating as well as I can. I think the act of writing it down helps me make healthy choices overall.

That's a great question. I keep track of what I eat, and I keep track of my weight.

I used to, got tired of doing that and stopped. I made a chart to track my food, weather, pain, any activity etc. to learn what set off my flares as well as remind myself that I had good days. I did that when I was first diagnosed with fibromyalgia and found it was helpful.
