Members opened up about their hormonal journeys, including PCOS, fibroids, early menopause, and how these experiences were made harder by fibromyalgia. Several members described menopause as intense and exhausting, with mood swings, pain flares, and symptoms lasting up to 10 years, while a few found relief through hormone replacement patches. A recurring theme was finding humor, grace, and community in the struggle, with mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, and walking meditations highlighted as helpful coping tools.
