I don't know about Broken Bones hurting more with fibro but I do know that broken bones hurt to the extreme even if you don't have fibro. They will literally cause you to scream in agony .

Lore this is exactly right. They call it big pharma for a reason. Always do your homework. When CEOs run our hospitals you achieve a different result. But you always have a choice..

My father always told me that you know your body better than anyone else. With the internet right now (be cautious), we have access to the research that doctors have. The medical profession and healthcare industry are designed to help each other make money. There are caring professionals, I have met many. But sometimes the doctor doesnโ€™t want to admit that they donโ€™t know the answer.

Thanks lore this is the he first time someone has actually agreed with me ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’œ although the central nervous system is now some cutting edge research.. the issue is our own doctors are old school and have not responded accordingly and it's taken them a lot longer to come around. They still operate on a medication mindset. I was learning about the mind body connection in graduate school as a asocial worker around 30 years ago. So you see how behind we might be . The most prestigious and world renowned experts at Mayo now define fibromyalgia as a pain processing disorder where the brain over amplifies signals leading to erratic unexplained consequences. I have also now read fibromyalgia causes up to 200 unexplained symptoms. They recommend a multidisciplinary approach. Rarely is medication the only thing used. If anyone wants to read more go to Mayo and see how they view fibromyalgia. I wish everyone well. I have been dealing with it for close to 40 years. So the fact that things could be changing gives me hope. Thanks lore I needed to get this out. You were instrumental.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I concur with that. I have been reading about the central nervous system and how erratic it is in people with fibromyalgia. @A MyFibroTeam Member I am sure you know thisโ€ฆ.ice helps. I donโ€™t know about you but I have a hard time being patient with healing. Itโ€™s hard to suffer and pretend life is just dandy. Message me anytime you need. ๐Ÿค—โค๏ธ
