Members shared a wide variety of easy meal ideas for those dealing with fatigue, covering everything from simple snacks to slow cooker meals. Several members suggested quick options like scrambled eggs with beans on toast, grilled cheese with tomato soup, quesadillas with canned chicken, and ready-made salads, while others recommended crockpot or one-pot meals that require little hands-on effort. A recurring theme was leaning on frozen meals, canned goods, and pre-made items on the hardest days, with many members swapping brand recommendations and dietary tips to help each other eat well despite low energy.

Baked beans in tomato sauce. I'm not sure if you get them in America, you might do. They are so nice xx

🍚Rice or quinoa in a rice cooker, while tofu or chickpeas are in the air fryer (simply seasoned with garlic powder, smoked paprika or whatever), vegetable(s) microwaved: assembled and topped with something like green onions = super quick meal.

🥫I used to enjoy a can of soup or a frozen meal but when I developed GERD I found that those kinds of things caused me to have more symptoms. Maybe it's the acid or garlic or onion being a little too much for me.

🍠Another even easier quick meal: sweet potato in the microwave, topped with plain black beans (canned, rinsed), and cilantro/green onion.

🧇Even easier: gluten free waffle toasted, topped with almond butter, and frozen blueberries.

💕 And then of course... there's always BEANS ON TOAST! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

@MyFibroTeam users... thank you for the great ideas 🥪🥗🍕
I need my pizza!!!! I am so picky. I don’t like the taste of meat anymore like cooked chicken or pot roast. Never liked pork chops and hate fish. I eat alot of eggs yogurt and oatmeal and also cottage cheese. Protein shakes too. I think I am doing alright. Just trying to get new ideas. Thanks again
