Members weighed in on whether sucralose triggers fibromyalgia flare-ups, with many agreeing that artificial sweeteners and processed ingredients can be hard on the body. Several members shared personal experiences switching to alternatives like organic stevia, monk fruit extract, or simply cutting back on all sugars, with one member noting that cleaning up their diet over time reduced bloating, heartburn, and weight. A recurring theme was listening to your own body, as one member warmly reminded the group not to let the disease take more from you than it already has.

Sucralose is not healthy. You can Google it.. for my body, I find preferred sweetener is organic stevia from Sweet Leaf but a lot of people want something sweeter so they go for Stevia In The Raw which does have dextrose.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I think I read somewhere about aspartame causing flare-ups. I wasn’t sure if sucralose was the same. Thanks 😊

If you don’t seem to have a flare from drinking the ice, don’t worry about it. Maybe its formula is ok with your body. For some it might cause added grief. Be true to your body not what others believe. I know I will drink a soda from time to time.
Just to be normal is nice. Don’t give this disease anymore ground to take from you
Take care. Hugs
