@A MyFibroTeam Member I am right there with you. I remember this book titled From Fatigued to Fantastic, I read right after my diagnosis. 200+ pages. Seriously who can keep up with that???!!!

I'm pretty much on the same path. I guess it responds in whatever pace it's going to go. I'm seeing improvements. I got out of fogginess I never thought that would happen. So I can't put a time stamp on it thanks for you response wren. Much deep appreciation ☯️💗

Acupuncture is helpful. I try to eat healthy foods (eat the rainbow). There’s a really great book called The Pain Management Workbook” by Rachel Zoffness.

Many people with fibromyalgia explore natural approaches to help calm their central nervous system and manage symptoms. Results vary widely from person to person, but some notice improvements within a few weeks, while others may take several months to feel a meaningful difference. Consistency is key!

Here are some natural methods that members of the fibromyalgia community have found helpful:

- Acupuncture – Research suggests up to a 20% reduction in pain scores after one year of treatment
- Meditation & mindfulness – Helps calm an overstimulated brain and reduce stress-triggered flares
- Yoga & tai chi – Combines gentle movement with relaxation
- Deep breathing exercises – Simple but effective for nervous system regulation
- Diet changes – Reducing gluten, dairy, or soy, or trying an anti-inflammatory diet
- Sleep routine – Consistent wake and sleep times to help regulate the body
- Eliminating fragrances – Scents can be a hidden trigger for many
- Reducing alcohol and tobacco – Helps reduce unnecessary strain on the body
- Chronic pain counseling – Helps "retrain the brain" away from pain focus One MyFibroTeam member shared: *"My acupuncture, yoga, stretching exercises, and diet seem to be helping a lot."*

It's worth experimenting to find what works best, since fibromyalgia affects everyone differently. Always check with your doctor before making significant changes, as some supplements or diets can interact with medications.
