Full spectrum CBD helps me. I take pills and use CBD oil on sore spots. Not all CBD is created equal. Go to a dispensary if you have one and make sure you ask for full spectrum CBD.

I've started using this particular brand of magnesium sup. Where as most are only absorbed by 10% of the body. The body absorbs 90% of these. Made a huge difference to my sleep

That's a great question! CBD is a topic that comes up often in the fibromyalgia community, and experiences vary quite a bit from person to person.

Many MyFibroTeam members have reported trying CBD in various forms โ€” oils, creams, capsules, and gummies โ€” with mixed results. Some have found it helpful for:

- Reducing pain levels
- Improving sleep quality
- Easing anxiety
- Taking the edge off flare-ups

Others haven't noticed much difference, which is also common with fibromyalgia treatments in general.

It's worth noting that research on CBD specifically for fibromyalgia is still limited, so it's hard to say definitively how well it works. It's always a good idea to check with your doctor before starting CBD, especially if you're already taking other medications, as it can interact with some of them.

If you're curious about trying it, starting with a low dose and gradually increasing is generally the approach most people take. And keeping a symptom journal can help track whether it's actually making a difference for you.
