I use Voltaren on my hands and the back of my neck. But I have pain on the upper part of my arm probably from sleeping on it.

Members shared a wide variety of pain-relieving creams and topicals in response to the question about what works for managing pain. Several members praised products like Voltaren, prescription Diclofenac Sodium gel, Tiger Balm, Vicks VapoRub, and frankincense and myrrh balm, with many finding their favorites on Amazon. A recurring theme was that everyone's needs are different, with some members noting important cautions like avoiding anti-inflammatories with lung disease or age-related risks, while others found relief through heat patches, lidocaine cream, or hemp cream.

I recently started using frankincense and myrrh for areas that hurt and I really like it. It helps. I bought it on Amazon. It’s called Wisemen healing balm. It has a nice fragrance. It’s works well in nerve pain.

I was referring to the Wiseman frankincense cream. I can’t use the Voltaren, because of my lung disease. Anti-inflammatories caused me to bleed. Even when it’s on the skin.

I just bought that a couple weeks ago. It works really good ,especially on the arthritis that I have on my big toe. I have asthma though and cannot use it on too many areas
