I have three children all who have autism. It can be challenging at times with their different needs, personalities, and reactions to situations. They have their very own style and outlook on life. @A MyFibroTeam Member I'm sorry you and your son are not talking. Is there any chance of reconciliation. As a parent you can only do your best and I'm sure you were a great mum. Don't be so hard on yourself. My prayers are with you xx

Sorry Genell fibro fog just noticed his age please don't beat yourself up over this as parents we do our best but circumstances sometimes takes over and with hindsight we believe we could have done better I know I do if you believe there could be a reconciliation then go for it but know when to stop because from my experience it could be detrimental to your mental health I hope things will get better or you will find some peace about what happened in the past ♥️
Hi Genell I just wanted to say that I went through this with my youngest probably lasted a couple of years maybe longer I reached out to him in various ways on several occasions but I had no success and it was painful I missed him sooo much I felt like a piece of me was missing but in the end I realized that he needed to be left alone to get on with his own life until one day he did come back to me and now we are as close as ever I am sure you were a good mum like your friends tell you never stop hoping how old is your son if you don't mind me asking? ♥️
I admire and respect all parents who's children have gone through hard times or are disabled in any way. But what I respect the most is how you all have come out the other side and have become the amazing people you are today even with your own struggles which is hard. You are all so lovely and are kind. Hearing success stories about your children, about them turning their life around and being the great people they are today it's all down to you guys for being strong and never giving up when they needed you the most. I'm so happy to know each and every one of you. Xx
