I would go to the beach with my family and go for a long walk, which I haven't been able to do for so long. I'd make a wonderful meal for my family and we would just spend quality time together playing games like we use to for hours without any worry or care in the world. Just a perfect day. Xx

Members poured their hearts into imagining one perfect pain-free day, painting vivid pictures of what life without their conditions could look like. Several members dreamed of outdoor adventures like hiking favorite trails, kayaking at sunrise, gardening, or flying to a beloved beach destination, while others focused on the deep joy of cooking a big family meal, dancing at a music festival, or simply gathering loved ones around a table. A recurring theme was the longing for connection, whether with nature, cherished friends, or family, and the quiet hope that one extraordinary day could be held as a treasured memory forever.

So much choice but just being able to dance with my daughter at a music festival would make my day ๐Ÿ’œ

@A MyFibroTeam Member I don't have many pics from that area on this phone, but here is one.

I would love to meet all of you at a botanical garden paradise anywhere.

We could picnic in the shade of the trees. Then we could walk to see the waterfalls.

There are birds chirping, butterflies, and small sweet animals scampering around. Peacocks put on a show.

Someone can play the guitar and we sing along.

I would set my table and cook a wonderful dinner for my son and his wife and my autistic 26 year old grandson(he hasn't been in anyone's home in 10 years---to afraid to come in) and my younger son and my two teenage grandkids. They all love my cooking, but I'm unable to cook like I use to because of severe leg pain. I even miss my cooking! But for that one day I'd make a feast of all their favorite foods and have Southern Coconut Cream Cake and Coke Cola Cake for dessert. (Got those recipes from my southern friends in Kentucky). Then we'd sit around the table and bring up memories to talk and laugh about. There were many. When it was time for them to leave, we'd share hugs and kisses and I love yous all around. That night I would go to bed smiling and look to heaven and hope my husband and my parents had been looking down on all of us all day and smiling too. When I would wake up the next morning and feel the pain again, I would always remember that one amazing day with my family and remember it for the rest of my life.

@A MyFibroTeam Member the Boundary Waters is a beautiful area. Iโ€™ve been canoeing there. The water is so clear that you can see all the way to the bottom even in deeper water. My perfect day would be kayaking on a Minnesota lake very early in the morning when the lake is clear and still and all you hear are the birds singing to each other.
