I usually use a combination of Paracetamol, ibuprofen, a menthol forehead roller and Tiger Balm, this time they’ve hardly touched it. Feel queasy and little light headed too. Thanks.

Members rallied around someone dealing with a stubborn three-day headache, with many agreeing it sounded like a migraine and encouraging them to speak with a doctor about prescription options like sumatriptan or Migraleve. Several members shared helpful home remedies including lavender and peppermint essential oils, cold gel caps, magnesium balm, ice packs at the back of the neck, caffeine, and even sitting in a warm shower to find relief. A recurring theme was the importance of identifying personal triggers, staying hydrated, resting in a dark room, and leaning on the community for support.

Thanks for all the responses. Some really interesting info here. Reassuring that it sounds fairly common anyway! I’ll mention the head massage to the Mrs as she used to be a hair-dresser! I used to love Coke, but now it just taste at like pure sugar so tend to opt for Pepsi-max, but hey, if it works I’ll endure it! Hope everyone has had as good as possible weekend

@A MyFibroTeam Member For some reason a sugary drink like a coke helps mine maybe because I don't drink much sugary drinks. The sticks that you rub on your head make your head feel good but it only lasts a minute lol! Try an ice pack

I am so amazed at all the help you get in the states. If we told our doctor we had migrains there would be a nothing. There are over the counter medications you can get from the pharmacy.
Oh that's so helpful thank you. Here's your £80
😂😂😂😂😂😂
