I’ve been experiencing more fibro pain than usual recently - specifically the kind that hurts all over and gives you that achey, flu-like feeling. The only thing I’ve found that helps is sleeping a LOT. Has anyone else found anything that helps manage this kind of pain?
I’m sorry you are experiencing an uptick in symptoms. 💛
For me, its about that combination approach- trying to zero in on nourishing foods, exercise + daily movement, good sleep, and stress management.
And then all those little things that go into supporting those like myofascial release, proper hydration, heat therapy, and on and on. 😅
So anytime I start feeling off I do an inventory, starting with basics, and see where I can make small adjustments. Maybe do a little reading to make sure I’m in alignment with the best possible practices.
Flu achy feelings for me often involve myofascial pain, so hydration and MFR plus strength training are my go to’s. Much tougher to stay on top of in the winter months.
Wishing you relief. I hope you find that combination that works for you. 💛🤗
Thank you so much! So so helpful. I haven’t tried MFR yet, so that might be something I try next. I wish you both painless days this new year ❤️
If you do, start slowly and gently as possible. More so than you think is necessary. 💛
Same,I must sleep 🛌 a lot to manage this pain fatigue and it takes me days weeks to charge my internal batteries 🪫 but actually only charge about 3% , no energy.
Oral or topical magnesium, topical CBD or Arnica and massage it into sore areas. Stay hydrated to decrease pain.
