I use an organic that I thought was giving me some relief from the Burning Mouth Syndrome, that is most like to be caused, (33 % of fibro. Pts. Also experience it, or my OB also told me two weeks ago, that it can be caused by Peri-Menopause!! I did some research, on sore gums, and I have had this as well, as a re-occurring virus that caused blisters all inside my mouth and lips tha I had to be admitted to THE ER AND GIVEN MORPHINE!! it gave be 2 hours of sleep, and relief for a couple hours, then boom!!!
You might also consider avoiding all toothpastes that contain S.L.S. (sodium lauryl sulfate) as I could no longer tolerate it after becoming ill with fibromyalgia.
