thank you all for your help as i live in the uk i can't use thc because it is illegal but i know that i can use cbd so i am going to give it a try

I use a cream with CBD, THC and Arnica in it, I rub it on my sore spots and it helps decrease my pain for about 6 hours.

I use regular CBD. The patches would be too expensive for me at the dose. I’m at now.
If you google that you will find a lot of good information about it
