Yep I get them can be rather scary sometimes but they are normal with fibro especially but remember we are women and apparently even hormones can cause palpitations. 🤗

Yes I get them, have had them for years. Was diagnosed with an arrythmia by my cardiologist after wearing a portable heart monitor for 2 weeks and then put on meds to help control them. still get them, but not nearly as much.

Yes I get heart palpitations, I even went to cardiology 🫀 and the results from heart monitor were normal, they said my heart is strong

Yes I have. When I first started having them they gave me benzos. That was a terrible ordeal for years. Glad I came out the other end of that okay.

I still deal with palpitations everyday all day. It's been my experience that they're very uncomfortable but in my case I've learned to live with it.

Several doctors including my cardiac specialist have told me that I shouldn't concern myself and learn to live with it.
