I take Magnesium but that's not helpful. Meditation helps a little but it got to the point that I fear bedtime. I can't bear the intermittent twiches and the electric shock kind of sensation.

I use a cream with CBD, THC and Arnica in it. I started using it for pain but noticed that my electrical zaps that would make me jump stopped at bedtime. It's called Chiro Care and I buy it at a health food store
