Taking two doses of MiraLAX, one at 8, and one at 12. Then at 4 o’clock I have to start the colonoscopy solution. So nervous about what’s going to happen to me tomorrow.

Members rallied around someone feeling nervous about their colonoscopy prep, offering warm reassurance that the anticipation is truly the hardest part. Several members shared helpful tips from their own experiences, including drinking the solution in big gulps, staying close to the bathroom, using Vaseline or E45 cream to protect skin during prep, and planning a good meal afterward as a reward. The thread ended on a hopeful note as the member returned to share that two polyps were removed and appeared benign, and the community celebrated her courage and self-care.

One down, one to go. Hope the GYN appointment on Friday for the cyst puts concerns to rest. Blessings and hugs. 🙏🤗💕

I'm so glad it went well for you. Thanking God for taking care of you during your procedure. It's always best to get them checked so no doubt lingers. 🙏🙏❤️

Thank you,Cyndy. I’m home now. It turned out to be two polyps that they took out and one was larger and causing the bleeding. I thought it was a hemorrhoid, but it’s a polyp on my rectum. It’s a little bit sore but getting better. He said they looked benign, but they’re sending them in to check. I’m walking around trying to get all the gas out.🤣
