Oh yes Trevorits in the heels as well as anles it's planter thingio foot pain had it for many years
You betcha for years. Burning tingling on the bottom of my feet at bedtime. My right ankle burns and aches always . Lot of discomfort. I do a castor oil rap on it. It eases it up for awhile or I mix 1 or 2 drops of cloves essential oil with a carrier oil and rub it in. Vick vapour rub helps too also medistik. Darn nerves can cause us so much grief. I’m sure you’ll find something to ease it up. A compression sock also helps. Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiency can also contribute to this.
Hi Trevor, I get pain on the top of my feet, and restless feet at the same time. They ache a lot, which has caused a marked change in the way I walk, and with that, I get ankle pain 😟. I hope your pains lessen. It's rotten!!💖
My feet are very sensitive. I do not go barefoot at all. I have to always have a sock, slipper or light weight shoe on. In the house I almost always have socks and slippers on. If I walk barefooted I will end up with my feet hurting so much that I can't get comfortable. I have neuropathy in my toes as well. Also little to no padding on and around my bunion on both feet. Which makes it hard to sleep too. I'm a side sleeper and with that my foot lays with the bunion touching the bed and it's very painful. I have a bunion pad the loops around my big toe to keep the pad in place. I now add another other that slides over my foot and big toe like a half sleeve with additional padding at the bunion area. I do this with both feet. It doesn't take all the pain away but it definitely helps enough so I can get some sleep. Foot pain is horrible. I pray you get some relief soon. 💖🙏💖
Hi Trevor, yes I do I have inner soles from the physio 2 different types. He told me to wear no heels, flat shoes ect
Only to wear trainers or light weight boots with a lot of ankle support. I have a hard pair which kinda tilt at the heel and really soft and thick pair. See of you can get some from your doctor
