Vitamin d3 and magnesium glycinate have helped for my deep muscle pain..heat packs help a bit for joint pain and when I'm fatigued I actually go for a slow short walk outside..it doesn't really help, LOL, but it makes me feel alive
I've found no supplements help me. I'm so grateful for cannabis being legal in Canada. It's a real, natural, life saver for me, helps tremendously with nausea, pain, depression, anxiety, inflammation, relaxation.
Heating pad and electric blanket ..I also follow Dr. St Amonds protocol. So I take guaifenesin everyday and have been since 2012. However I'm still very sick and very limited to what I can eat and accomplish. This is only a Band-Aid to help me through every day every hour. Sometimes I think about m a i d. But I have too much to live for and I am 68 and been suffering 25 plus years. Keep trying they say we will not die from fibromyalgia. But we sure suffer and want to die LOL keep trying keep trying different anything that comes along I also should add that if you follow Dr Eleanor Stein she has a website lots of great information there for a lot of our issues. Long post I haven't posted in a while lol take care
Emu oil for muscle pain. Magnesium foam for muscle spasms. Heat/ice/massage. Myofascial release therapy, acupressure and foam rolling. 💜
I've been using a combination of mineral supplements that has helped me tremendously in managing pain and fatigue. My doctor encouraged me to continue since it's beneficial to the muscles and nervous system. So these are the supplements: vit b complex, trimag, zinc, selenium, vit d3.
I hope this is helpful.
I was given a walking routine when I was 14. It has helped me for many years. I was diagnosed in my 50s. Now 71. Have continued walking weather permitting. It does make a difference.
