Several members shared helpful strategies for coping, including heating pads, infrared heat pads, TENS units, magnesium spray found at Walmart, and staying indoors on bad weather days. A recurring theme was the emotional comfort of knowing others share this struggle, with members offering prayers, encouragement, and gentle humor like joking about moving somewhere tropical to escape the cold.
