Try Mo Maggie, a magnesium lotion that works well for temporary pain relief on me. I also use a TENS unit to confuse my nerves and get some relief. It has an auto-off at 20 minutes, so I can fall asleep with it (on a good night).

Yes! I just had an MRI scan of the thoracic spine, looks normal. Had CT to rule out lung cancer. Gastroenterologist to check for reflux pain radiating to the upper back. No explanation. Endocrinologist recommended glucosamine chondroitin supplements.

Have you checked your mattress? If mine’s sagging I get awful backache
