I’ve read there’s dry needling, actual manual stretching with hands too. I’ve used both heat& cold on and off but it keeps bugging me. I’ve also tried anti inflammatory drugs. Please, help!
God bless

Sorry I haven't. I pray you get the answers you need. I'm up early because my husband got a new puppy. A 4 month old Black and Tan coonhound. Her name is Shilo. She's very sweet. Our two other dogs aren't very welcoming yet. But they will in time. She decided to cuddle next to me as close as she could get. With her head on my shoulder and her mussle between my neck and head. I had warm breathes at my neck until about 3 a.m. I finally weasled my way out from her to use the bathroom. By that time all three dogs were awake and needed to go out to potty. Needless to say Shilo wouldn't go pee. So after I got them all back in the house I saw why. Apparently she left me a big pile of poo next to the puppy pad. Then there was a HUGE puddle of pee by my table. We'll I cleaned and moped. My back was hurting so I took some pills and made a pot of coffee. I'm now in the recliner with Toby my Chihuahua sleeping on my lap. Guess my husband and the dogs will get some more sleep. 🙃 Such is life. May God bless you. 💖🙏💖

It hurts each time I breathe. I’ve got anxiety but I think it’s either related to Costochondritia or fibromyalgia.
