My neck is always tense and sore, chest usually fine. Sounds like fibro.

No not heart related , I've had this before

This is why I got a blood pressure monitor. Now I can tell when it's my heart or muscles and nerves.

My first question would be are you experiencing a heart attack? Or does this happen all the time? If this is a new experience call emergency services to get you to the hospital. Praying. 💖🙏💖
