I have developed weakness in my legs and arms on top of the muscle pain. Anyone else suffer from weakness?

Yes I have it in my arms, back and particularly legs atm
It sucks. 💐 🌷 🌷

early years of Fibro was like this until I stopped taking carbonated drinks and caffeine.
