Hot Sweats
This year I’ve been feeling too hot and sweating, this lasts a minute or two. I’m perimenopausal, so I’m wondering if a) it’s the menopause b) fibromyalgia c) aliens ;-) or d) both?

I feel really hot inside even if I feel cool on the outside, like when your walking down the freezer food aisle. Take care everyone.
