Maybe you need to find some moderation. Sometimes I only walk for 20 minutes. Moderation is the key to keeping things under control.

Keep walking Lucy but moderation. Some days I can walk two miles another just a few hundred yards. I can usually gauge it by how I feel. I’m so sorry you get such a myriad of symptoms Lucy. You have three children don’t you what ages are they? Are there still things you enjoy? You take care.

Definitely listen to your body, like Peter said, some days I can walk miles others I can barely finish a lap. I’ve learned the hard way to give it up when I’m struggling because I will set off a flare up and struggle for a couple days.

Taking magnesium bisglysinate and electrolytes daily will reduce cramps and muscle spasms.
