Mine are dreams that exhaust me, usually I'm back at work and nothing is going right..it goes on and on..when I wake up I can't move for an hour I'm so fatigued and unwell until I sleep again which is not often..for 26 years this has gone on. I haven't worked for 26 years 😕..

Are you all on steroids right now? When I am on high doses of steroids I have bad nightmares. Mentioned it to the doctor and she told me that’s what is was, once she adjusted the dose they went away. Just wanted to share.

Yes I have similar dreams Marjorie. I a conductor on the buses which I used to do and I can’t get the fares, the machine jams. All things which happened but exaggerated. Or I’m in a office and I tip over a pile of papers and get overwhelmed. They feel so real the stress and everything. Take care .Marjorie and Lucy.
