The elbow is actually one of the trigger spots listed on the charts of fibromyalgia. I get pain there sometimes

Oh my poor boy, that always feels bad and surprising. I find that when that happens, if I move the affected area, it usually stops fairly quick. Makes me smile as my first thought is “ I was just minding my own business and this happened”. 🤣❤️

Try a body pillow. It helps me with my hips and arms at night when the pain kicks in from the day.🙂
