I TAKE A drive to the lake even though I can't walk much I enjoy looking out at the water and boats canoe's birds. swans squirrels doing crazy things and just the quiet and nature calms me right down just as good as valium. I could fall a sleep just sitting there. hugs Evelyn

I struggle immensely with PTSD and anxiety and that is my fountain of stress ATM. In addition there are logistical circumstances that some times more than others affect my Fibro pain. A month ago, I started with CBD gummies high quality only, full spectrum and in medium high dosage. This has been almost a miracle. I suffered from (perceived) vertigo and the CBD has almost eliminated it completely .I’m so grateful ! 😃 If need info let me know.

I try to get away from my usual routine, recently drove to a park where there is open space/nature preserve and wait in the parking lot to eat lunch. Helped me forget about my stressful situation for a while.

Stress plays SO much havoc on me. I sleep more, read more, and write to cope. Journaling is my therapy. It lets me get the stress out of my body.
