Who else is on disability in nj? I’m confused as to why they are calling me instead of me fill out forms. Did any of u get a phone call b4 filling out forms or getting ur medical records. I’m anxious about it, please aby tips or advice on how to handle this. My phone call with them is 7/31@1045! Please help me! God bless u all.

Then multiple packets of tons of forms to fill out.
The call is more like a pre determination
You can fill out all the papers online, MY husband had cancer and they called him since he was too sick for a trip to town.
BUt I filled out all the papers online for him. Get all the doctors you have been to addresses etc. Chronic fatigue, be sure to list all your symtoms All your health issues. All your medications. Depression ok
