Peter, I have found guided meditations for pain so helpful. If I can listen to one, fall asleep, even for 15 minutes, I wake up and feel better. I have a clock that has 12 different sounds on it that I use when I am having trouble. I'm glad meditations are helping. Sending gentle hugs....

Sleep deprivation is the worst.
I feel like I’ve been hit by a bus most days because of irregular sleep.
I hope your not too lonely. Try and do something you enjoy- listen to music, read a book, sit in the garden, eat something tasty.

See my recent post Ida. Meditation and hypnotherapy Definetly help with sleep. On the nights it doesent the nice feeling they produce is better than living awake tossing and turning. Not sleeping is awful, and it is bad for your health in general.Even if I sleep the quality is so poor I wake up tired. Take care.
Well maybe it's me hanging on like some of the older gals in the office. Good benefits and income is hard to let go of.
