Room spinning and lightheaded

I have vertigo and suspected PoTS. Vertigo makes my ears ring and get nauseous, along with getting dizzy and falling sometimes. PoTS happens usually after petting my cat on the floor, and with that my heart starts racing, my blood pressure drops, I get so dizzy I fall and sometimes black out. It's really sucky.

Thankyou for reply I'm really bothered by it but if I think about it I will then start going dizzy again argh it's frustrating isn't it all of this fibro is frustrated 🥴
