Nightmares scare me, little wimp that I am. Sometimes my dressing gown hanging over a chair makes me think there is someone in the room and it startles me. Lucky I have little Alfie to protect me. I will have to get him false teeth so he can bite an intruder.

I have extremely vivid dreams when I am having a flare. It doesn't surprise me that your body would be warning you that something horrible is going on by giving you nightmares or vivid dreams. I hope more research goes into this subject.
