Has Anyone Found Relief From A Natural Method Called Homeopathic Cell Salts?

If so, which brand name and which ones did you use? I used to get some relief from mag phos years ago but I stopped using it. I think it was the lactose that was in it that bothered my stomach. I also tried all of them together. They have one that's more expensive than Highlands on Amazon called Jackson cell salts. It's in a glass bottle Etc and doesn't have lactose. The mag phos is for muscle spasms, stress and leg cramps. I've tried electrolytes and I don't think normal powdered electrolytes… read more

Shotsey I am taking 60 mg Cymbalta started at 30mg then after awhile it didn't work so well he increased to 60mg. I don't remember it bothering me that much just felt of kilter and when he increased it no reaction at all. Had to go and check bottle didn't want to give you wrong info.. I also take 4 Lyrica a day. I think after awhile your body get used to it and it doesn't work so well. I have had a few things here and there but nothing I could say was awful. hugs Evelyn hope this helps

Hi thanks, you got me thinking . Yes, I usually eat at least one small banana daily in the morning. . I also have avocados at times which have potassium. I have found that when I used to eat walnuts and bananas in the a.m., I would get very tired afterwards and that's the one thing I don't want in the morning. I think if I get hungry at night before bed and need a snack, possibly a banana with walnuts would be a good snack since they might help with sleep and muscle cramps. Maybe I'll try that and see if it helps thanks for giving me the idea... I'll try that. I've never noticed migraines or constipation with bananas because when I have them in the morning, I usually have them with flaxseed which is a good source of fiber and sometimes various nuts like pistachios or almonds and other low sugar fruit like berries.. No walnuts because although they're very good for the brain and heart, they will put me to sleep so walnuts are better for me at night if I want to sleep. Have a good day.
