I take L theanine daily for twitches and tics To avoid actual muscle spasms I take electrolytes daily.

Yes, usually in my lower legs. It feels like "creepy crawlies", or twitches in the muscles.

Yes I twitch/tremor/jump I never know how to put it. I have for years, mainly when trying to relax or stressed. It isn't as bad as it was, but nights are awful at the min. I've just made a full list to go over with my gp when I'm off work, so any symptoms I get between now an then in a few months time when I book it I'm listing and he can check them off to what is and isn't. I used to do lists all the time which was what helped get my diagnosis but haven't for years, so thought it would be good just to check all those I just ignore or put down to fibro checked out

I get shaky when I have to stand very long and feel like I'm going to pass out, especially in stores.
