I ended up with dry eyes over a year ago. I woke up one morning and I couldn't open my eye. Never had this before. It kept on for months....my optometrist suggested eyedrops. I have floaters, too but just ignore them, they are not daily, also vision problems which at first freaked me out with blurry vision but it does pass.

My eyes hurt sometimes and I feel dizzy if I turn my eyes some days. I also have floaters. It does pass. My dr told me our brains adjust to ignore the floaters.
