I get 10-11 hours sleep every night. I take Vitamin B12 as well as a good multivitamin. For sleep I take 10 MG of Melatonin

Have you guys ever heard of something from the Chinese Medicine about activating some areas from the lymphatic system - 8 nests - with tapping? It’s really interesting. It’s about removing toxins but I’ve tried and it did give me extra energy besides my regular mug of coffee and ocasional can of sugar free Red Bull.

My osteopath recommended Magnesium. I think it’s helping.🙏🏻

Vitamin B complex and coffee. Lots and lots of coffee. Then two days recovery.

I sleep a lot as well. I know that I am “one day off” for every “one day on”. I have tried to beat those odds but it’s just not worth it. I make sure that these “on” days are physically moderate and even more careful at guarding my emotionally fragile heart ad soul. That’s the best we can do.
