Yes I had a terrible case of it. Finally got Derma KB scalp detoxifier online and it cleared up fairly quickly. Whenever it tries to start again I get rid of it fast. It's been over 5 years and I'm using the second bottle.

I get sores when I am having a flare up. They itch sooo bad ,they burn and are very tender. I also believe I have psoratic arthritis, not diagnosed yet but after much research I am convinced that I do. So that could be a possibility as well??
I have a frozen water bottle that I put on there when they burn really bad. Hopefully that helps.

Not sure what you did with your elbow but I knocked one of mine really hard a few years ago and found out that I broke it but since I have other injuries that are worse, ie every orthopedic doctor wants to fuse my neck, I decided I wasn't going to get the surgery for the elbow because the orthopedic doctor in my case wanted to break the bone as part of the surgery. My body is not good with regular type medicine so I take a homeopathic that really helps called ultimate pain block stage 4 topical gel.. oh, I also wear a wrist cuff which I scoot up near my elbow and it provides a little compression. And I take Serrapetase enzymes to help with scar tissue

I only get the scalp sores when I use the wrong hair products. Can't use laurel sulfate and derivatives and silicone. 💜
