If the PCP didn't give you a foods to avoid list, you can get it off the internet. It would be good to ask the doctor what the stones are comprised of, as I think there is four different types. I feel bad for you, they're very painful. 💜

I just read a medical study that said more than 50% of kidney stones are cause by low vitamin b6

Hi, If Vit C is adding to your kidney stones, reduce the dose. A normal dose would be 500 mg/day of calcium ascorbate and the risk of forming kidney stones is low, but if you are drinking heaps of water, the risk should be minimal. Not all vit C behaves the same way, which is why I recommend calcium ascorbate.
