Itching
How do you know if peri menopause or fibro itch ?
I find that vaseline helps alot with the itching, it stops in completely, although you need to reapply after washing hands a few times. it works for me worth a try.
Yes ! I've experienced "Fibro Itch"! π
I didn't have it until around 15yrs after diagnosis but like someone said, I could literally tear the skin off there backs of my hands and lower arms ... and often do. I take antihistamine when it starts as cream does nothing but I'll give vaseline a go.
The back of my knees, my elbows, and the back of my neck gets so itchy! My dr prescribed Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream and itβs the only thing that helps.
I take Allegra generic with fexofenadine in it every day. Since Iβve been taking it everyday I donβt get the itching but if I forget to take it the itching comes back in full force and then I have to wait for the Allegra to kick in.
