I found out yes there is such a thing as over dosing on vitamin B as the Dr tested me for it. I'm on vitamin D3 5,000 IU as it is linked w fibromyalgia and helps me a lot. Copper, I found out through allergy tests I'm allergic and can not drink boost or any of those drinks as it breaks out my mouth and swells my tongue. Hope this helps a little. Each person is different. This is just my experience. Hugs
